The location can be a real challenge. The steep hill leading back from El Poblado took about 25-30 minutes-a climb not for the faint of heart. The room had a musty smell, and the balcony experience was ruined by flooding when it rained, leading to insect issues. The mattress was deformed, and some linens showed signs of neglect with unpleasant odors.

suitable for a short stay. immaculately clean and little hotel, competent staff and comfortable beds. quiet location in el poblado district right by the shops/restaurants, coffee shops and a hill.

The warmth of friendly staff

The cheerful staff made each day brighter, especially Sebastian, always ready with a smile. Morning pancakes paired with fresh fruit set a good tone for the day.

The uphill trek back from town was a challenge, particularly after long evenings out. The wifi connection struggled at times, inconvenient.

It has favourable and amazing position by nature.

Its location to the main part of El Poblado or to the metro station is amazing.

I discovered the tastiest Danish pastries around and couldn't get enough of the culinary gems nearby like La Parrilla de Pacho, just a stroll away! Plus, the spacious Superior Double Room offered a chill vibe with a comfy bed-perfect after my foodie adventures.

But let's be real, that hill to get back is a workout-like, who needs a gym pass?

The rooms are nice looking with a huge bed and our experience is absolutely amazing. There is a good choice of facilities in the room such as : climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. The hotel's staff is very amiable and attentive. The venue has magnificent and absolutely perfect setting in El Poblado district next to all the amazing restaurants and coffee shops and the hill from the popular area of Parque Lleras and restaurants and shops all over Poblado and Parque Lleras.

Rooms were big and comfortable with great hot showers. Location is uphill, making walks back to the hotel tiring.

Cute staff, delicious breakfast, I particularly enjoyed the varied options available, and the comfortable air conditioning in my spacious room made the stay even more pleasant, especially after a day of exploring the nearby attractions conveniently located just a short drive from the airport.

Everything was superb.

The staff was friendly. Especially Sebastian, who always welcomed us. We enjoyed our time in the beautiful garden area and appreciated the delicious breakfast with fresh fruit. The hot showers were a true delight after our previous stay.
